Fast scanner is an app used to scan items. Documents and then send them electronically where they need to go at the time. Also saves the docs. You can do a single doc or multiple. My only issue is that I bought fast scanner pro so I could scan and send multiple docs in 1 enail, but needed to repurchase when my phone broke and needed a new phone. Had to spend again. That is just wrong and the reason for not giving 5 stars.

Hey devs, this last update is a disaster.. My folders, sortings and files are messed up. I had hundreds of files in the FastScanner dir. I was used to access those files through other filebrowsers too. Where are they now? Dirs ended up empty.. Sporadically the app launch ends in endless wheel turning. Such a bad thing to a once great app I used to work with so long..

An extremely useful app. I had the free version for a very long time and was so impressed, I got the pro version and have had it for a few years. Def recommend the app. Not sure about the latest android update backup issues if phone is reset, but a quick backup to a memory device/ computer is a go around.

One of the best mobile phone scanner apps I've seen in years. Believe me I've looked all thru the play store too. The free version is exactly same but doesn't offer file saved folders in the way that this one does. That makes it real handy to be able to move and remove scanned folder groups.

As a professional trucker this is an invaluable tool, for things like making copies of shipping documents after hours when offices are closed. Scanning signed bill of lading, then eFax or email them to your home office. It works extremely well for scanning weight tickets when delivering cattle to feedlots, because many of the weight tickets copies are yellow or pink. A regular cellphone camera cannot bring out the faded ink stamp. This app allows you to scan in black & white mode & then darken!!

CLUTCH!!! The output is better than that from an actual scanning machine. I greatly appreciate the options for adjusting the image (several BW, a couple color) since I can scan anything I can take a picture of to pdf or jpg (maybe more, but those are my main uses). It's easy to save multiple images to one document, edit file name (the default file name makes sense), save to gallery, files, or send. It's awesome, and it's dependable usability makes me much more efficient. 2018 update: still MVP.

This is not desirable. I've bought the pro version considering some work this month. After scanning a 72 page document, I'm unable to convert it into pdf. I can not even share the pages through any of the sharing apps. In each try, FastScanner pro is crashing. Even I've tried to copy the images through data cable into my computer. Explorer is not showing anything scanned. I've shared the event log to the developers but they didn't bother to fix it. I think this app is a waste of money and time.

PLEASE HELP! I bought the pro version because of the auto upload to google drive. It has worked well running a small business. Documents scanned in the field could be pulled up in the office seamlessly. However, the auto upload has not worked for the last three months, and now it is no different than the free version. Edit: Auto upload has been fixed. Thank you for your responsiveness. Revised rating from 2 stars to 5 stars. Love this app!

I am impressed with the capability of this app in producing clear legible copies without a hassle at all. I have been able to achieve things I never thought possible. Like taking a picture sent from another phone camera via WhatsApp and finally shared with Fast Scanner to produce an amazing document.

It works great, like a real scanner. Worth the $. Lol ppl complaining about ads and clouds they can't use, keep it simple! For a few bucks? Go and buy a real scanner machine if you need it to do that much even thought this app is as good! Ads are necessary to keep it going... It is just a one time pay and it's worth it! ... STOP COMPLAINING!

I used the free one for a while and found that I used it so much I don't mind throwing money toward the developer for the work put into this. I would like to see the ability to add sub directories at some point but in the mean time I export and place my files in other directories outside this app.
